The Importance of Fat in Our Diet

We need fat! All this "Reduced fat" and "Fat free" nonsense.. it's not good for you. If you want to lose weight eat healthy fats, your body NEEDS them to burn fat. Every part of your body needs those essential fats. Especially your brain. Organic vitamin D milk, grass-fed meat and butter, good oils (Olive, coconut etc etc..) By eating healthy fats daily you will be doing your body a favor AND reducing your risk of cancer. Don't fall for the FAT FREE and LOW FAT scam.
